Hi everybody its me again! I know how I get sometimes, down on my luck and such so I decided to post some positive quotes today since I know some people gets blue after the weekend and knowing that you have to get back to school/work etc. "Its never to late to be what you might have been" - George Elliot "If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door" - Milton Berle "I haven't failed, I just found 10,000 ways that won't work!" - Thomas Edison " I have never in my life learned anything from any man who agreed with me" - Dudley Field Malone I will definantly post some more but I am super busy right now. Have an awesome day! Much blessings! spiritualandbeyond32

Happy Monday Everyone

Hi everybody, Life is great for me today even though I had some technical difficulites with the school computer but everything is good now. I did a banishing ritual by myself for the first time and after the fifth try it actually came out right. Yeah! One of the cats scratched me last night but as I see she was showing love for me. Can't believe I am actually awake considering I didn't get very much sleep last night. I will post another before the day is out. Blessed be! spiritualandbeyond32

St. Johns Newfoundland

Hi there everybody Since yesterday was Samhain/ Halloween I decided that this is a good place to write about. As stories goes this is one of the haunted places in north america. Plus that there is a number of stores, clubs ( one whole street called George Street that is full of clubs and a festival each year),a huge university called memorial university that has a broad range of programs including nursing and education. It also has a cathedral and awesome restraunts of every kind. Also it has a place called Signal Hill where the first phone sound came from and a lot of entertainment example Theatres and Concerts.

Hope everybody is having an awesome day!

Hi everybody, Can't believe that November is already here and that Christmas and Yule is right around the corner. Samhain/Halloween was good even though the only trick-or-treater was my mans one year old nephew. Each moment that I see him I treasure in my heart. I didnt do my Samhain ritual last night but I have set some goals for myself : Wiccan New Year last night. This includes: Studying and practicing Wicca, celebrating the wiccan sabbats and esbets. I will explain that next Wednesday. I am busy at school right now with one assignment next week and one test tommorow on two chapters. Oh my! Still I will make a point of being on this site daily except for Saturday and Sunday since my laptop is down right now. Well I have to go but much blessings. spiritualandbeyond32

Happy Samhain!

Sorry for being so long to write a post but I have been busy with College stuff, personal problems, work and life in general. Samhain is the witches new year and we also believe that the veil between the living and the dead is thined so we can talk to our deceased family and friends. I know to some it sounds creepy but I find comfort through that. We also honor the ones that has gone before us on this night. I am spending tonight with my man and my stepcats and will celebrate Samhain together, I can't wait. At school we dressed up, had a cake auction, and just had fun.

Adopting Cats

I was planning on adopting a cat but due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to and was totally heartbroken about it. After that my fish died and I was devastated. If you ever want to get a cat, dog etc I would recommend that you get one from an animal shelter since these georgeous animals deserve the love and care as the rest of us. I am still planning on adopting one once I am finished college and living on my own or with my boyfriend. He got two cats and I love them like they are my stepchildren. If you do adopt one I suggest that you are very patient, make sure that they are spaded/nutered and that they are healthy. Recently an animal shelter in our next town couldnt contain an infection and they had to put the cats down. This devastated both my boyfriend and I. As put down below I will give you an article to read before and after you bring home your new addition. Tips for the First 30 Days of Cat Adoption iStockphoto Sara Lippincott, Manager, Shelter Outreach, Petfinder Be prepared should be your mantra when bringing a new pet into your home. Cats are particularly sensitive to new surroundings and some may hide under a bed or in a closet for days or even weeks. You can avoid pitfalls with your new critter and help him or her adapt more easily by following these guidelines: Before You Bring Your Cat Home: •Cats are territorial, and coming into a new home leaves them feeling really uneasy. There's all that unexplored space, and who knows what may lurk there. Do him a favor and provide a small area to call his own for the first few days or weeks. A bathroom or laundry room works well. Furnish the room with cat amenities, such as food, water and a litter box. You'll want to spend time with your cat, so make sure there's a comfortable place for you to sit as well. •Fill a litter box with one or two inches of litter and place it in his room where he can use it undisturbed. After all, everyone deserves a modicum of privacy when pottying, and giving him that will help forestall litter box aversion. Not sure which litter to choose? Check out How to Choose A Cat Litter. •Set up a feeding station with food and water bowls. Locate it away from the litter box. For more cat feeding and nutrition tips, visit our Pet Nutrition section. •Cats love to get away from it all in small places, and you can provide one for your new cat as his own little safe haven. If he came home in a cat carrier, that might be a good choice. You can also make one by cutting a doorway for her in the end of a box. If you prefer, you can buy a covered cat bed at a pet supply store. In either case, make sure the space is big enough for the cat to stand up and turn around in. Cat "feng shui" probably requires that he or she be able to see the door to the room from his hidey hole, so he won't be startled. •A cat's claws need to be worn down, and they do this by scratching on things. Since you prefer that it not be your chairs and sofa, provide your cat with a socially acceptable scratching place. Some types are made of corrugated cardboard and lie on the floor; others are posts which have to be tall enough so that the cat can extend himself upward to scratch. You can encourage your cat (once he has arrived) to use the post by sprinkling it with catnip or dangling a toy at the top. He'll get the idea. You'll probably want a scratching post in each room where there is soft furniture, perhaps blocking access to it. You can also install sticky tape (available at pet supply stores) to corners of upholstered furniture to dissuade scratching. Don't miss these tips on how to cut down on kitty's scratching, how to choose a scratching post, and facts about declawing cats. •Look at your house with a curious cat's eye view for its climbing and exploring potential. When your cat is acclimated to your home, you may be surprised to find him on top of the upper kitchen cabinets, so make sure there's nothing on display there or on other high shelves that can be damaged or knocked off. •Look for holes or registers that leave ductwork accessible and cover them up. A kitten can easily slither into one of these. You won't want firemen in the house, jackhammering the concrete floor to extract your cat. •If possible, buy a cat tree for your new family member. Cats like to survey their territory, so a high perch is often a favored resting place. •If there are other human family members, go over the ground rules about your new pet. Remind them not to startle him and to keep the door to his room shut. •Bone up on how to introduce your cat to other pets. Keep her door closed and don't let your other pet race in unexpectedly. See also: New Cat Introductions and Living with Cats and Dogs. First Day: Now, you are ready for your cat's homecoming. Preferably, bring her home in a cat carrier. It will feel safer to her. She has seen a lot of excitement, so take her directly to her new room. (Make sure the toilet lid is down, if she's to acclimate in your bathroom.) Ideally, you would restrict her exposure to the whole family, but naturally, everyone is going to want to see her. Remind them of the ground rules you've set up. •Sit on the floor and let her come to you. Don't force her. Just let her get acquainted on her own time. If she doesn't approach, leave her alone and try again later. Some cats are particularly frightened, and she may retreat to her hidey hole and not come out when you're around at all. She may only come out at night when the house is quiet. Give her time. •Your newly adopted cat may not eat much or at all at first. It's best to give your cat the same food she had at the shelter or in her foster home, at least at first. Keeping some things familiar will make her feel more secure. Be sure to change her water frequently and make sure that she is drinking. If your cat hasn't eaten for a few days, call your vet to ask for advice. Following Weeks: It may take your cat a week or two to adjust. Be patient. •Within a week of being adopted, take your newly adopted cat for her first wellness visit with a veterinarian. If you have a record of immunizations from the shelter, take it with you. Don't have a vet? Check out these tips for finding the right vet for you and your cat. •As your cat adjusts, she'll show signs that she wants to explore outside her safe haven. Make sure other pets or family members won't startle her while she gradually expands her territory. She may be ready to play, so you can furnish some toys. Many cats like feather wands from the pet supply store, but homemade toys are often favored. A wad of a tissue paper to bat around or a paper bag to hide in can be fun. personal side - reaching out

I did have an addiction problem but after going to a treatment facility I got the help and tools that I needed. I had a lot of hardships in my life but I realized more and more that there will always going to be there for myself. I want to say this to whoever is reading this and has any hardships and if you are human you do there is light on the other side and people who care about you. One saying that I follow by is The Serienity Prayer and I follow the creed "Ain't Harm None Do What You Will" and know thatt everyone is a strong person.

multiple wives: my view

I got to read the book " love times three" and watched "Sister Wives" and after much research different types of this kind of religion and realized that most people who focuses on the abuse is different from those that the people in the above practice. People who practice fundermental mormon and their marriage is just like ours only that there is more then wife and in my view they should be treated like any other couple and it should be legalized everywhere including canada. I ask: what happened to human rights. This is just my opinion.

My birthday is on Saturday so my last post till then will be on Thursday I would say. As a treat for me I will get my tongue ring changed if possible, it keeps getting delayed since I will be far to busy on Saturday to do it. tongue ring

Good day everybody I bought 15 ( 5pks) of tongue rings and after so long I really hope that it can be changed on Friday since I really want my own in for my 33rd birthday on June 2. Cant wait. I saw one on ebay that I really want but as of right now dont have the funds to buy it. Maybe after my birthday I will if I recieve some money. I am still cleaning up my place after the water problem and with my computer going bonkers I never got to post a blog in sooo long. Back to my topic I will show you a picture of the triquetra tongue ring I really want. All I have to say when you get a tongue ring is rinse out your mouth with salt and water every time you eat and drink on some sites they say mouthwash. I did that and now the healing time is longer, also dont play around with it and dont eat really hot or spicy food or gum first when it is done. Well all for now time to go to sleep. Blessed be Spiritualandbeyond32

Very Busy but didnt forget about you

Good day everybody, It was a very stressful night for me last night since one of the valves in the place upstairs from where I live broke and the water went into my basement. Because of this I will not be on the computer very much but I will post whenever I get a moment at the school where I attend. My depression has been really bad the past week and I had my first anxiety attack last night in over three months, maybe even more. I am practicing my spirituality whenever I can even if it means going outside a few minutes early in the morning and thanking the god / goddess for everything they gave me or going outside even a few minutes at night to ask them to take care of me. I went to the Pentecostal Church yesterday since I was still struggling with my spirituality but I came to the realization that there beliefs were starting to not be my beliefs. Not sure if I would ever go back but I will see. Tonight my fiance is coming up to my place which I cant wait. Mom found out about my tongue piercing last night and she freaked, I am an adult but at times she treats me like I am 5 years old. Well I better go and get everything done before classes.; Blessed Be!

Good day everybody, I will have to make this very short since I have a ride picking me up in 4 minutes. Had a productive but busy day since I still go to college and before that I spent some time with my fiance. My laptop isnt working to good so I basicly have to try to squeeze whatever time I have at school to make some posts. My mood is very uplifting since for the first time ever I am helping others with their coursework. As CharmingPixieFlora ( from youtube) would say "Yeah". I had no cravings for inhalents and I will be doing some spiritual stuff when I get home after I eat and have a nap. If I can I will post another one today. Plus what I mentioned I did a video with my stepcats on it. They are so adorable and I consider them my children. Blessed be, SpiritualandBeyond32

First Spiritual/Meditation/Wicca Alter

Good day everybody, Well for a while now I have been planning on doing my first spiritual/ meditiation/ wicca alter and I just didnt know where to start and I didnt feel it was the right time till last night I was sitting down with my fiance and I told him that I wanted to set one help and he is such a sweetie, he helped me with it. So this is what is on my alter since I dont have a pic yet so it would be just the items on my alter for now North side: house with my herbs with two braze candle sticks on each side which I found at a thrift store that represets god/goddess In front of the left candlestick is a bird on a ball which I saw at a dollar store and my man bought it for me and next to it is a rock with a moon and sun that I actually bought for myself at a dollor store when I got it home it was broke so my man bought me a new one. In the middle is a rock that a friend gave me one time with a green stone on top and next to it is a Jesus Statue which my grandmother gave a similier one ( more about it in a previous entry, Wicca God with a buddha on its lap ( started to lose room for items). In front of the Gods is a sword on top of rocks that my fiance gave me which represents air and also the bell which I bought myself at this store which isnt a dollor store but close where I bought a letter opener which I use as an athame. In the middle is a coin which I use as a penticle next to that is a bowl in the south is a tealight battery candle and in front of the bird statue is a cup of water with a lid on it from of course the dollar store and a crystal that of course my man gave me. So that is my new alter. Much Blessing

The real me

Since nobody knows who I am I just want to vent since I know for a fact after reading somebody elses blog that I have been hiding behind a veil and not letting you know the true me. In my mind that is not fair to anybody. I have been suffering from depression for years and it has been getting worse. However I am hoping on getting better in the future and working towards it. I do have an addiction that I am working through of inhalents and I am working through it and hope to be in recovery by August. Everyday is a struggle for me but I do my best to get through every second without using. Going day by day is to much to focus on right now. But I want to tell anybody who is reading this you can get through it, I know people who did and its ok to get help, nobody will think less of you. I used to be a Catholic, Pentecostal and I realized that even though I believe in Jesus I dont believe in their teachings ( churches) so now I am spiritual ( I believe that there is a number of gods/goddesses) and I also practice Wicca/ Witchcraft. I have set up my first alter which is on the next blog. Also I see Spirits/Ghosts on a daily basis and I find comfort in that. In addition, I talk to my spirit guides daily. I collect gemstones and old money. I am a good person and I also try to sign petitions for amnestry international. Much blessings

Hi everyone, I am doing some figuring out about my spiritual side and that is one of my plans today is to do some research in different religions and belief systems before bed. Starting intercession for college tommorow so I will need a good nights sleep but I will try to get in another post before bed probably like my old ones. I spent the day with my fiance who is one of the most patient guys I ever met and understands my spiritual stomp I am in, we went to the local dollor stores ( we have two) and to the local Walmart. Then went to the local pizza place since I was starved. The rain held off till we got inside which was good. I have to do the rest of the things on my list before bed so talk to you later.

Happy Beltane

This is my first official Beltane celebration and until my fiance brought it up I almost forgot all about it. I found out yesterday that I got an outer ear infection so I was sleeping most of the day and just feeling yucky. Ok back to the subject at hand. This is a Wicca celebration that is for the coming of spring, the celebration of fertility and honouring the Goddess and the other woman in your life. After doing some research I found the one that I wanted where I put stones in a bowl of water two for my grandmother, 1 for my mom, 1 for an aunt that is living and 1 in memory of an aunt that passed away then one for me. Then you focus on the femine energy around you. The thing is I cant remember where I got it to.

Wiccan Rede

Good day everybody, Well today I will be discussing The Wiccan Rede. I usually go by the old version which is Aint Harm None Do What You will. Which basicly means dont harm anybody or anything through word, deed, thought. I remember hearing somebody say on youtube that it is easier to follow the 10 commandments then follow this but I beg to differ. At times I confess I do break the rede but then Karma comes in and teaches me a lesson, I am human. The longer version which will be below means this in my view: Perfect Love and Perfect Trust: Always treat others with the love that you want to have and keep your word and dont lie. In the paragraph: With no fool... Basicly treat the other person with respect and if he/she doesnt treat you with respect then he/she is not a good friend. Ever mind the rule of three... means that if you do something good it will be back to you goodwise by three, if negative then it will be back to you negative three During the waxing moon is a time for celebration When its a new moon honour the Goddess Paragraph:Greet the Days and Greet the Nights means that you always thank the God and Goddess for everyday and night that is given to you. I am sorry but the next paragraph I dont understand. With the trees, it states the trees used and the purposes It explains after that what the Sabbaths are used for and states each one of them Then it states that by casting a circle you will keep unwanted spirits out when doing a ritual The Complete Wiccan Rede (The Counsel Of The Wise Ones) Bide the Wiccan Law ye must, In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust; Live ye must and let to live, Fairly take and fairly give. True in love, ever be, Lest thy love be false to thee. With a fool no season spend, Nor be counted as his friend. Soft of eye and light of touch, Speak ye little, listen much. Ever mind the rule of three, What ye send out comes back to thee. This lesson well, thou must learn Ye only get what ye do earn. Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill - An it harm none, do as ye will. Deosil go by waxing Moon, Sing and dance the invoking Rune; Widdershins go by waning Moon, Chant ye then a freeing tune; When the Lady's Moon is new, Kiss thy hand to Her times two; When the Bow rides in the eve Turn to what you would achieve; When the Moon rides at her peak, Then thy heart's desire seek; When the Sickle shows Her face Release the old with proper grace. Greet the Days and greet the Nights With joy and thanks for all delights. Sing the seasons all around Til wondrous awe and love abound Heed the North wind's mighty gale, Lock the door & trim the sail; When the wind comes from the South, Love will kiss thee on the mouth; When the wind blows from the West, Hearts will find their peace and rest; When the wind blows from the East, Expect the new and set the feast. Nine woods in the Cauldron go, Burn them quick and burn them slow; Birch and fir and apple tree, Hawthorn is sacred to Thee, Willow, hazel, rowan, grape, And oak will shape the weave of fate; Elder be the Lady's tree - Burn it not or cursed ye'll be. Birchwood in the fire goes To tell us true what Goddess knows. Oak trees tower great with might, Burn the Oak for God's insight. Rowan is a tree of power Causing life and magick to flower. Willows at the waters stand To help us to the Summerland. Hawthorn burn to purify And draw the faerie to your eye. Hazel tree, the wisdom sage, Lends strength that comes with honoured age. White the flowers of Apple tree, The holy gift of fecundity. Grape grows upon the fruitful vine, Sacred gifts of joy and wine. Fir's ever greenness declares life Succeeds beyond any strife. Heed ye flower, bush, and tree, And by the Lady Blessed be. Where the rippling waters flow Cast a stone and truth ye'll know; Four times the Major Sabbats mark In the light and in the dark: As the old year starts to wane The new begins with dark Samhain. When flowers blossom through the snow Fair Brighid casts her seed to sow. When winter yields to warmth's return Let the Beltane fires burn. As summer turns to Lammas night First fruits and Grain Gods reach their height. Four times the Minor Sabbats fall Use the Sun to mark them all: At Yuletide, with feast and mirth We celebrate the God Child's birth. Spring Equinox, Eostara's fest, All newborn creatures will be blessed. When the Sun has reached its height Celebrate the greatest Light. Offer thanks at second reaping; Mabon poised for winter's sleeping. Cast the circle thrice about, To keep unwelcome spirits out. To bind the spell well every time, Let the spell be spake in rhyme. Follow this with mind & art, Bright the cheeks and warm the heart, And merry meet & merry part And merry meet again!

Swedish Meatballs Recipe

I used to love eatting this ( grant it, it was the microwavable kind ) but I want to give you this recipe. Enjoy SWEDISH MEATBALLS Read more about it at www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1826,148174-250192,00.html Content Copyright © 2012 Cooks.com - All rights reserved. 2 to 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. finely chopped onions 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 1/3 c. bread crumbs 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. cream (any kind) 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/4 lb. ground pork 1/4 lb. ground veal 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Sauté onions in butter until golden brown. Combine 3/4 cup water with 1/4 cup cream. Soak bread crumbs in water and cream, then add ground meats, onions, seasonings, and egg. Mix until very smooth. Shape into balls using two spoons that have been dipped in cold water. Fry in butter until evenly browned, a few at a time. Shake pan continuously to make balls round. Remove each batch to a saucepan for easy reheating. Clear skillet with a little water before starting next batch. Pour this pan juice into a cup and reserve. Season the pan juice and pour over meatballs (in the saucepan) when they have all finished cooking. These meatballs are generally served without gravy (pan juices are used instead). Some people like to roll the meatballs in a breading made from fine oats (pulverized in a food processor) or plain bread crumbs before frying in the butter. If you choose this method, dip the meatballs in a beaten egg before rolling. Makes 4 servings.

Herbal bottles for different uses

Good morning everyone I have to say that I had a very productive time last night and day and I just wanted to share it with me. I am a witch and practicing to become a wicca. I am really into herbal magick etc. Last night due to a decision that I made, my mind was a little bit to focused on other things to fall asleep so I decided to make herbal bottles for future or maybe current use so I dont have to be running around if I am in a hurry trying to find the right ingredients to take with me. My only advice to you is if you dont have bags with you in the right color or white or if you are sensitive to scents like me. You can look for small bottles if you have no plans for putting gemstones in it or if its a gemstone pendent wear it around your neck. As for me, I found these cute little bottles down at a dollar store with glitter in it so I just dumped out the glitter and there is my bottle. Then you can find the herbs that you need, if its for money put a piece of paper for the amount you want to recieve, paper with a rune, etc and if you cant find a green item to put in there, I for one substitute it with the green glitter. For protection, herbs of course then rune, etc. I dont recommend you write the persons name since you want to have him/her to stop bothering you and it might not work. But these bottles could be used for anything! Fertility, Health, Communicating with Spirits and Spirit Guides just make sure that you ask your Deities for their help to strengten it and if you got essential oils drop a few in there to. You can also use large bottles but I recommend small so you can carry it with you. With Hoodoo magick it is also called Mojo Bags but I dont like uses that since people get the wrong idea. Much Blessings and Blessed Be

Just Letting You Know

I will try to post some on this blog but from this Saturday to this Monday I probably will be away from a computer however I might jump on for a second.

Today I Cant Believe I Did...

Hi everybody, first of all I have to say that what I did today I was planning on doing it for I would estimate 4 months. My fiance would probably know exactly the month then I would know but I was beyond terrified to do and I actually did today yahoo I got my tongue pierced. I am an adult but as usual I worried about how my family would react when they find out but I took the risk and my fiance held onto my hand the whole time and was amazed that I didnt reacte worse then I did. Surprisedly I can talk well, the place has 14 years expiernce but I wont say who they are since I dont want people to know where I live but I feel comfortable that with following their instructions and the use of sterile instruments I wont have any trouble with it. I am very tired so I will say much blessings and be back soon.

Jesus Statue and Spirits

I know that this topic for this post is very unusual but you would understand. I love looking in my local flower shop even though I never buy anything but there is so many trinkets etc. Well anyway I was there with my fiance who is also in the same spiritual path as me and right out of the blue my fiance mentioned about looking at the Chrisitan Statues which I found highly unusual but went there anyway. There I found a statue of a very young Jesus that my grandmother who passed to the other plane when I was only 4 years old gave me the exact same one but of course my luck I broke that one. I had to buy it. My fiance later told me that a good friend of mine who also passed on was there and apparently wanted me to see that statue, that was the only reason why I went over there. I probably will take a picture of it and post it in a blog at a future time. Much Blessings.

Sudan Africa: Third World Country STRICT PARENTAL ADVISORY

This morning I was wondoring what place to put down for "Travel Thursday" and since I am always finding ways to help others I decided on this one. Sudan is a Third World Country that desperetly needs the help of so many people. " 85% of all people who live in Sudan are below the absolute poverty level ( which means their lives are in danger because they do not have enough money to provide food, water, and shelter for themselves)" . Part of this is lack of education, debt, ongoing war and lack of food which will be explained more down below. Part of the reason that there is a lack of food is that they rely on farming to find food to eat and in the past two years due to lack of rain there has been a lack of crops and also with ongoing war " Food is being used as a weapon. War and starvation have resulted in the deaths of 1.5 million Sudanese deaths and 2.6 million face starvation currently". In 1995 the country of Sudan were in debt by 18 billion dollors grant it I couldnt find a more recent amount on the web but I would assume that it is a lot higher now. As for Education its not very high and this causes less jobs so they get less pay. " 43 percent of all men read and only 12% of all women." I was having trouble finding more then one organization that would help them. But the one that I did find was Unicef and I will put in the link at the bottom of this blog. "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequite for the health and well-being of himself and his family, including food, clothing, housing, and medical careand necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, widowhood, old age, or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control." Gypsy life and Magick

This is for tommorow but whenever I schedule it for that specific day - well it dont work. So I will do it today for tommorow. They live a very simple lifestyle and they travel around a lot. They have been claimed to be "the Christian nobility of Egypt, who abandoned their positions in order to retain their faith when the Muslims gained power.". But now it is shown that they have been orginated from India and calls themselves "Romani". They are known to be "dark skinned and are magicians, enternatiners etc." They arrived in the United States and Canada in the late 1800's . They also do fortune telling etc Here are five simple mantra style Romany chants for vitality and good health. These are enhanced when done on a Sunday. Light a candle and some incense, (pine is a good choice) and then spend 10 minutes chanting one of the following mantras: 1.Remma, Remma, Remma, Remma ... 2.Ergoo, Ergoo, Ergoo, Erboo ... 3.Salaba Poten Salaba vo; Salaba Poten salaba vo; Salaba Poten Salaba vo: Salaba Poten salaba vo ... 4.Akasa, Akasa, Akasa, Akasa ... 5.Tatum tatum tatum vel; Tatum tatum tatum vel; Tatum tatum tatum vel; Tatum tatum tatum vel Gypsy Spell To Have An Object Returned These are easy remedies that will help you to regain an object that someone has failed to return. Pick a convenient time of day when you will be able to sit undisturbed for five minutes. Use the power of your will to bring the object back to you. If your will is strong, the thief will begin to feel uncomfortable, and will finally bring the missing item to you. Another method is to place an iron nail on a window-sill. It should be pointed north, south, west, or east, in whichever direction the person who has the object lives. Simply will the object back every time you look at the nail. When the object has been returned the nail should be buried or restored to the tool kit it came from. Another Romany remedy is to place a rose beside an object similar to the one that is missing. Love, symbolized by the rose, will prick someone's conscience and the object will be returned. Because you want the person's conscience to be pricked - be sure the rose is NOT a thornless variety. http://gypsymagic.blogspot.ca Gypsy Spell To Have An Object Returned These are easy remedies that will help you to regain an object that someone has failed to return. Buddhism Mantras

When I was trying to figure myself out I was Christian, Buddhism and Wicca I used to practice a few mantras myself. I know two people who practice meditation and one who considers himself in the Buddhism religion so I will write down a few mantras and tell you how to use them. Usually people in this religion practice on Buddhist Prayer Beads in which it contains 108 beads and are known as Mala Beads. They also are used in the Hindu religion which I will discuss in another posting. The buddhism belief is that people have 108 afflications that is why there is 108 beads, Some of the Mantras are: Om Mani Padme Hum White Tara Mantra: White Tara means long life and with a particular person in min. Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Mama Ayuḥ Punya Jñānā Puṣtiṃ Kuru Svāhā For the Medicine Buddha: tadyathā:) oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye bhaiṣajyarāje samudgate svāhā. Sabbe satta sukhi hontu means may all be well and happy Om shanti shanti shanti means peace Avalokitesvara mantra Oṁ Mani Padme Hūṁ / Om Mani Padme Hum The lord who looks down with Compassion I hope you enjoyed it. You can find other Mantras at the site that I got these from: http://www.wildmind.org

Just need to be!!! Just need to be heard

One thing that I like about this blog is that I can be myself and I dont have to worry about anything. My day wasnt as good as I wanted it to be. It started out good but by this afternoon my depression was getting really bad and then mom screamed at me in the car. I am an adult but at times I feel like she treats me like I am five and doesnt respect my choice to be a witch, that I see ghosts and hear them ( she believes me but doesnt take me seriously) and I have to pretend that I am something that I am not. My fiance came to see me which helped a lot. At least around my fiance I can be me, pretty much the only person I feel that I can be. My family does love me but sometimes on their terms and it hurts a lot. I think part of the reason is that I do have an addiction and the stress of all of this interferes with my process to get better and I dont know what to do. I hope that somebody will help me through this with some suggestions. Thank you for listening.

Guardian Angels

Good day everybody! Even though I am not religious anymore I do still believe in Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides etc. To me is somebody who passed away and came back as somebody to watch over us especially when we need advice, a comforting hand etc they are also your consiounce so the next time that you hear that little voice I believe strongly that that is your Guardian Angel, spirit guides etc. and in my view you should always listen to them. I believe that in a previous posting and currect me if I am wrong that I gave you an excercise on how to contact them. Every day before I start out my day I talk to them as if they are just one of my friends, I dont say the prayer that I was taught when I was a child since I believe that they listen better if they know it is coming from your heart, that is what I try to do when I pray to my deities. I watched so many shows especially on "Unsolved Mysteries" about people who survived extraordinary odds due to a higher being and I also read "90 Minutes in Heaven" which I strongly suggest you read to. It isnt overly religious. I have set a schedule for myself for the topics for this week so please keep checking back and see what I got for tommorow.

Helping others

Since I was little my mom used to say that I would take care of others before myself, that I had a huge heart. Due to personal reasons I gave up doing this publicly until without trying a friend of mine made me see that I have to get back into it and he/she doesnt even know it. I used to be in Amnestry International and Amnestry.ca for years and some of the people that I signed petitions for because of various reasons was actually realeased from jail or justice got brought to them. I am not saying that I am the cause of this happening but it does feel good to know that I was just one vote for that. It is a program that helps victims who are in jail for no reason, people who are tortured, people in 3rd world countries and I just signed a petition of this lady who was actually not allowed to murn her son who got murdered. Makes you really wondor how lucky we are to have the freedom to do almost anything we like. Next to that I do give a present for needy families for what we call the Salvation Army Tree each Christmas/Holiday. You might say I cant do that, I cant afford that but the next time you see a homeless person even a quarter, dime, nickel, penny means so much. If there is a container for a certain organization give something. Even a smile goes a long way for a person who is having a really bad day or a prayer. Or volunteer one hour to a service that really needs it. Please keep this in mind.

Tribute to Princess Diana

Ever since I can remember I was always fascinated by the royal family and it all started with Princess Diana. She seemed so down to earth with real problems and she always reached out to everyday people. I guess that what made me feel drawn to her. When I heard about her death I was in church and it devasted me. She was born on July 1, 1961 and died August 31, 1997 in a tragic car crash in a tunnell in Paris France. Her boyfriend Dodi and the chauffer Henri Paul also died. When she was old enough to work she was a nanny until she got married to Prince Charles on July 29, 1981 and her and Charles had two sons William and Harry. Through her life as a princess she was hounded by the press and battled depression and bulimia and once tried to committ suicide. She volunteered for hospitals, landmines, Aids, Red Cross, and she helped the poor whenever she could. "In 1995 Diana is awarded the Prize for Humanity by the Society for Brain Research in New York". In 1996 she also recieved a gold medal for her work for humanity. This was the same year that her and Prince Charles got divorced. She lost her title of Her Royal Highness but kept the title of Princess Diana. During her funeral Elton John sang Candle In The Wind in memory of her. RIP Princess Diana

Pillbox Ring - PARENTAL ADVISORY

Before I begin I take no responsibility if children reads this. Because I got a warning in the subject area. I am not trying to sound mean but just clear. Another name for this is Poison Ring and it was very popular during the 16th century in Europe what they used to do is put poison in the secret department and nobody would know about it. Later on it was used to carry messages to people and to keep trinkets in it if they want to have it on them such as hair, devotional items and painting if an artist had it. It went as far as Asia, Middle East and it is still found today on ebay, online sites. This is something else that I have been looking for but as of right now I never bought for myself. The picture below is what I would like my ring to be like Much blessings! SpiritualandBeyond32

Bisque Porcelain Dolls

Ok I know that this is an odd to post but when I was little I used to collect Porcelain Dolls and would love to shart again. Between moving most of them got lost along the way. Even though they were the most popular "between 1860-1900" they made a comeback a quite a few years ago where I live. With Porcelain Dolls it was all Porcelain, with Bisque the body part is another material. It became popular in France and Germany in 1860. " The most expensive bisque doll ever sold went for US$200,000". You can find porcelain dolls in cataogues, stores (even dollar stores), websites etc. I have to make this a short post since its getting late. Blessed be!
This is a porcelain doll

Hope this makes somebodys day better

I remember when I started my bucket list which by the way had 72 items on it. When I realized that I knew I went overboard with it. One of the goals is to change somebodys life for the better, I accomplished it with one person but I want to continue worldwide. I am reaching out to everybody who reads this! You are a unique and special person. You have a purpose in this universe. Somedays you might not be sure what it is. But it is there. YOu have changed somebodys life for the better even if it is in a small way ex. if you gave a $1 to a total stranger at a pharmacy that might have paid for a medication that he/she cant do without. If you beieve in prayer and you say one, then you are changing that persons life. Just by knowing that you took the time to read this post has changed my life for the better since I had a really rough day today. I for one gets involved in Amnestry International but I know peopl who gets involved in so many volunteer work and even by going for one day would make a difference for that life. So if you have a bad day please keep that in mind. Always remember the Serienity Prayer. I know that I spelled that wrong but I am tired so forgive me. Blessed be!!

Very productive day yesterday - Spiritual wise

I dont really have to much to post that would reflect on today but since I was away from the internet yesterday and since it did continue onto early this morning I decided to write on what I did Spiritual Wise. Yesterday and early this morning I worked on my "Book of Beliefs". For those who question what this is I will explain it to you. In Wicca/Witchcraft there is this book that every person has that you put your beliefs, spells, correspondence, history, charges etc into it and it is for you alone unless you give permission for somebody else to read it. However due to the fact that I have beliefs in Wicca, Hinduism, Buddhism, and yes even Christianity I decided that a Book of Shadows wasnt for me so thats where I got that name. I worked on it so hard and long but I got a lot done even though on and off Spirits kept interupting me and I also had to look up some items to put into it. I prayed to the deities and spirit guides A LOT last night and today for it to be pleasing to them and to help me through it. Recently I printed off the cover page for it and also since this will be one of many "Book of Beliefs" I put in a start by and finished by page. When I finish my first book I will definantly post it and let you know. By doing this and by doing the blog it helps me to keep going. I did a ritual yesterday I think, one day runs into the other for me. I will be back and blessed be. SpiritualandBeyond
I tried to show you a picture of the front cover of my book of belief since my name isnt on it but I just couldnt get it copied.

Using my pendulum

Hi everybody, I start thinking what can I write down for today. I will be away from the computer until Monday so I wanted to keep it continous. Recently, due to my new gift I recieved a pendulum from a friend of mine and it has helped me so much so I just want to explain what it is and how to make it work. A pendulum is an object on a string, chain etc that uses the upperlevel power to help you find things, make decisions, get in contact with people on other planes and also connect to your God/ Goddess or spirit guides. I will be honest with you I wasnt really a believer until I started to use it and now I wouldnt go without it. First when you get it always have it next to you. Sit with your feet on the floor and the pendulum between your legs. Ask to give you a yes then a no then a maybe. Whatever you do dont ask for a negative answer since the upperlevel only knows positive. Somebody once told me that. If nothing happens just be patient - it will. Afterwards you can ask if there are spirits, to help you find an item etc. I hope that you enjoyed this and I will leave you with a picture of a pendulum. Blessed Be

Vegan Shortbread cookies

Hi everyone, I was looking through recipes and this one caught my eye. It looks sooo good that I wish that I could have some. The Ingredients •1 cup vegan butter (like Earth Balance) •2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour •3/4 teaspoon salt (only if you can find an unsalted vegan butter) •1/2 cup sugar Stir the flour and salt together. With an electric mixer cream the butter in a seperate bowl until fluffy, then add the sugar and continue to mix for about three more minutes. Beat in flour mixture on low just until a dough forms. Don't over mix or cookies will be tough. Make a disk shape, wrap in plastic, and place in the fridge for an hour or up to 48 hours. On a clean floured counter, push the dough flat with your hands, then roll from the center outward, flouring the top and the rolling pin whenever the dough begins to stick. Use a spatula to free the dough from the counter frequently and twist the dough slightly each time. Continue until it is about 1/2 inch thick. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 325 F. Cut out your shapes and very gently with a small spatula place them on a cookie sheet making sure they don't touch each other or the edge. When the cookie sheet is full place it in the fridge for at least twenty minutes while you roll out the left over dough and fill up the second cookie sheet. Bake until the edges are barely turning golden, about twenty minutes, but watch them very closely and don't overbake. While the second sheet is baking sprinkle the cookies with colored sugar and add silver balls. Leave some of the cookies with just a silver ball or plain for variety. You can also dip some of the cookies in melted chocolate mixed with a little butter for gloss. Place them gently on a cooling rack. Store them in a cookie tin lined with parchment paper in the fridge or freezer.

Interesting month: PARENTAL ADVISORY !!!

Hi everyone,  due to personal reasons I wasnt on this site for a month. I felt an emptiness inside and didnt realize why until my friend pointed out that I have been absent from here for a while. Its what used to keep me going when I had a hard day.  Recently I realized that I have a gift of seeing and hearing those who have gone to another plane but have been having a hard time leaving their loved ones.  Even though some people might find it scary, I am one who takes it as a comfort knowing that I can help them. The only time that I find it hard is when I dont know how to help them.  I am working on my Spirituality and reading up on it whenever I get a chance.  However with my life being more hectic then usual I miss a day or two and then I really miss that part of my day.  I have gotten to be more intrested in crystal skulls after a friend of mine introduced it to me and I felt the power right away. After seeing spirits I have gotten more intrested in Long Island Medium and I also study up on it as well.  I will keep in touch and have more articles coming to you.

Much blessings SpiritualandBeyond If you get a chance you should go on youtube and watch some episodes of Long Island Medium or watch it on TLC. I recommend it to anybody who likes that subject.

Information about my beliefs and Wheel of the Year

I was a strong believer in the Catholic / Christian religion till recently when I realized that I am more spiritual then religious and I like to praise nature and the seasons more than reading the bible.  Dont get me wrong, I respect everybody's beliefs and I know for a fact that I will get people commenting on this but my beliefs are my beliefs.

Also I believe in the Sabbaths: connection between the God and Goddess and the Esbats the changing of the moon and seasons.  So today I will briefly touch on the Wheel of the year and why we ( people like me) . So enjoy! Since I am pressing for time today I will do the esbats on another time.

Sabbaths:

October 31:  Samhain - Witches New Year
Celebrate those who passed on and it is when the veil of the afterlife lifts. Even though                            it  sounds scary it is very peaceful and calm

December 21: Yule-    The rebirth of the Great God ( newborn solistic sun)

February  2:    Imbolc- Associated to the Goddess Bridgit and is one of the 4 fire festivals. Tradition
                                     traditional for initations

March 21:       Ostara-  Rejoining of the Goddess Mother and her consert

May1:              Beltane- 2nd fire festival.  Ritual union of the Goddess and the God

June 19:          Litha:      one of the four solar holidays

Tribute to Whitney Houston

Growing up I always enjoyed every one of her songs and I was shocked and saddened to hear that she passed away.  I was to busy last Wednesday to write a tribute to her but I guess it is better late then never.

Whitney  Elizabeth Houston: August 9, 1963 - February 11, 2012
Also known as "Nippy", "The Prom Queen of Soul"

She was the daughter to Sissy Houston who was a gospel singer and Whitney started singing in her United Church in her home town in Newark New Jersey where at the end her own funeral was held at. In 1978 she was a backup singer for her mother in the song "I'm Every Woman" and also took up modeling for a while. Her first album was in 1985 and "she won six grammies".  In 1992 she did acting for the first time with "The Bodyguard" and married Bobby Brown then had a daughter Bobbi Kristina. She started using drugs in 1993 and was a using daily in1996. She divorced Bobby Brown later and got custody of her daughter. She went into rehab twice but on February 11, 2012 she was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room and her funeral was very privete with family only. She will be very missed.

Winter Fun

I was looking outside today and watching the snowfalling softley and wishing that I could do something, anything out in the snow. Really I wanted to do snowangels, make a snowman anything but since I am an adult my neighbours would think that I am not thinking correctly. Still I want to write about some activities that you can do by yourself, your spouse, or your children.

1. Have a snowball fight.
2. Take food coloring and make a painting in the snow.
3. Make a snowperson or snow sculpture
4. Make snowy hopscotch: by using foodcolor for paint make the hopscotch grid, put numbers there and use a snowball for a rock
5.

    Buddhism and Mantras

First I will give you a little overview of Buddhism before I give you some mantras ( chants) that you can use. The very first buddha was Buddha €

I will give you a short overview of Buddhism then I will tell you of some mantras ( chants ) that I used to use. The first Buddha was a prince named Siddhārtha Gautama Buddha and after realizing the suffering that his parents were protecting him from he realized that his richeness didnt mean anything to him and he left them. This took place aroun 563 BCE. His title means " The awakened one", "the supreme buddha".
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gautama/Buddha

The Goddess of Buddhism is the Tara. The Green Tara is known for help through enviromental challenges an the White Tara is known for compassion and hope in time of illness. She is known as the " Mother of all Buddhas" and she is known for love and compassion. She holds in her hand a lotus which has the meaning of
    "the three buddhas".
The prayer for the Green Tara is below:
On a lotus seat, standing for realization of voidness,
    (You are) the emerald-colored, one-faced, two-armed Lady
In youth's full bloom, right leg out, left drawn in,
Showing the union of wisdom and art - homage to you!

Like the outstretched branch of the heavenly turquoise tree,
Your supple right hand makes the boon- granting gesture,
Inviting the wise to a feast of supreme accomplishments,
As if to an entertainment-homage to you!

    Your left hand gives us refuge, showing the Three Jewels;
It says, "You people who see a hundred dangers,
Don't be frightened-I shall swiftly save you!"
    Homage to you!

Both hands signal with blue utpala flowers,
"Samsaric beings! Cling not to worldly pleasures.
Enter the great city of liberation!"
    Flower-goads prodding us to effort-ho

mage to you! ---First Dalai Lama (1391-1474

These use Prayer beads to help meditate which consists of 108 beads.

    Some Mantras are:

  • May all beings be happy - sabbe sattā sukhi hontu
  • Dharma doors - oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā.
    • puñya - merit
    • jñāna - wisdom
    • karunā - compassion
    • vīrya - energy, vitality, or courage.
    • kṣānti - fore
This is said to be the last words of Buddha

va ya dha mmā saṃ khā rā
a ppa mā de na saṃ pa de thā
    vayadhammā sankhārā
    appamādena saṃpadethā

Baked Five - Spice Seasoned Tofu Recipe: Vegan

    Baked Five-Spice Seasoned Tofu

    1 lb. firm tofu
    1 cup vegetable stock
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 T. toasted sesame oil
    1 T. garlic, minced
    1 T. ginger, minced
    1 T. sesame seeds
    1/2 t. Chinese five-spice powder

Wrap the block of tofu in a clean, lint-free towel, place it in a colander, and place the colander in the sink. Place a plate over the towel-covered tofu, then a heavy can or other weight on top, and leave to press for 30 minutes. Remove the tofu from the towel and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Lightly oil (or spray with oil) a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place the tofu slices in a single layer in the baking pan, and set aside.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the remaining ingredients, and pour the mixture over the tofu slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the baking pan from the oven, carefully flip over the tofu slices, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Use as slices or dice for use in salads, sandwiches, vegetable or grain side dishes, or add to stir frys. Stores in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

    Handfasting Wedding

A handfasting wedding is usually done in traditions such as Wicca. I decided to include this into it since today is Valentines Day: A day of love, what better way to express love then through marriage.

    Celebrant:

Greetings friends and family and welcome to this day of celebration. We are united to witness the marriage of <Name> and <Name>. We've been invited to share in the commitment they make to each other today. They ask your blessing on this joyful occasion.

If life has any meaning to us at all, it possesses it because of love. Love enriches our human experience. It is the reason for the peace in the family and the peace of the peoples of the Earth. A meeting between two beings who are made for each other is a beautiful miracle.

<Name> and <Name>'s understanding of the true meaning of marriage has resulted from many influences; their families, their friends, and each of their own personal beliefs. We are here not only strengthen the binds of <Name> and <Name>'s love for each other but also to bring family and friends together to celebrate these same said bonds that hold us all together.

What defines <Name> and <Name>'s love today will change and grow to new depth in the future. It takes three seconds to say I love you, but it can take a lifetime to show it. This ceremony is the celebration of a single stage in a much larger process that is the love between husband and wife. The promises made today and the ties that are bound here greatly strengthen your union. They will cross the years and lives of each soul's growth.

Do you seek to begin this ceremony?

    Couple:

    Yes we do.

    Celebrant:

The human soul shares characteristics with all things divine. It is this belief which assigns virtues to the cardinal directions; North, South, East and West. Let us offer a traditional blessing in support of this hand-fasting ceremony.

Blessed be this union with the gifts of the East: communication of the heart, mind, and body, fresh beginnings with the rising of each sun, and the knowledge of growth found in the sharing of silence.

Blessed be this union with the gifts of the South: warmth of hearth and home, the heat of the heart's passion and the light created by both to lighten the darkest of times.

Blessed be this union with the gifts of the West: the deep commitments of the lake, the swift excitement of the river, the refreshing cleansing of the rain and the all encompassing passion of the sea.

Blessed be this union with the gifts of the North: firm foundation on which to build, fertility of the fields to enrich your lives, and a stable home to which you may always return.

Now I ask the couple to look into each others' eyes.

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you cause her pain?

    Groom:

    I May

    Celebrant to groom:

    Is that your intention?

    Groom:

    No

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you cause him pain?

    Bride:

    I may

    Celebrant to bride:

    Is that your intention?

    Bride:

    No

    Celebrant to both:

Will you share each other's pain and seek to ease it?

    Both:

    Yes

    Celebrant to both:

And so the binding is made. Join your hands.

The first cord is draped across the bride and grooms hands.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you share his laughter?

    Bride:

    Yes

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you share her laughter?

    Groom:

    Yes

    Celebrant to both:

Will both of you look for the brightness in life and the positive in each other?

    Both:

    Yes

    Celebrant:

And so the binding is made.

The second chord is draped across the couple's hands.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you burden him?

    Bride:

    I may.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Is that your intention?

    Bride:

    No

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you burden her?

    Groom:

    I may

    Celebrant to groom:

    Is that your intention?

    Groom:

    No.

    Celebrant to both:

Will you share the burdens of each so that your spirits may grow in this union?

    Both:

    Yes

    Celebrant:

And so the binding is made.

Drape third chord across the couple's hands.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you share his dreams?

    Bride:

    Yes

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you share her dreams?

    Groom:

    Yes

    Celebrant to both:

Will you dream together to create new shared realities?

    Both:

    Yes

    Celebrant:

And so the binding is made.

Drape fourth chord across the couple's hands.

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you cause her anger?

    Groom:

    I may

    Celebrant to groom:

    Is that your intention?

    Groom:

    No.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you cause him anger?

    Bride:

    I may.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Is that your intention?

    Bride:

    No.

    Celebrant to both:

Will you take the heat of anger and use it to temper the strength of this union?

    Both:

    We will.

    Celebrant:

And so the binding is made.

Drape fifth chord across the couple's hands.

    Celebrant to bride:

    Will you honour him?

    Bride:

    I will

    Celebrant to groom:

    Will you honour her?

    Groom:

    I will

    Celebrant to both:

Will you seek to never give cause to break that honour?

    Both:

    We shall never do so.

    Celebrant:

And so the binding is made.

Drape sixth chord across the couple's hands, and tie all chords together while saying.

    Celebrant:

The knots of this binding are not formed by these chords but instead by your vows. Either of you may drop the chords, for always you will hold in your own hands the making or breaking of this union.

Once the chords are tied together they are removed.

    Celebrant:

Spirit of Love, may <Name> and <Name> know great love together, and may they live in the desire to always support each other in positive and uplifting ways. May they strengthen one another in sorrow, share with one another in gladness, and be companions to each other in times of silence. May their home be a haven, and wherever they are plagued by changing fortune, may they be united not in word and outward form alone, but by the presence in the hearts of each, of the deepening love they share. You are husband and wife. Celebrate with a kiss
