Easy Veggie Pizza Pie ( Recipe)

Ingredients
1 onion chopped
1cup mushrooms cut in quarters
2 bulbs of garlic diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of broccelli florets
1 cup of black olives
1 can of Pillsburry Pie Crust dough or other dairy free crust
1 can 16 oz pizza sauce
1/4 cup basil leaves chopped
Red Pepper flakes or oregano to taste
Follow your heart: Mozzarella soy  Cheese shredded

Preparation

1. Prepare toppings by sauteing onion, mushrooms and garlic in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil until tender
2. Steam or Saute broccelli florets till tender
3. Place pizza dough unto a greese pan according to package instructions
4. Top with pizza sauce,  fresh basil, olives sauteed onions, mushrooms,  garlic, seasoned with red pepper flakes/ oregano
5. Optional but highly reccomended:  top with Heart Mozzarella soy Cheese
6. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil

Cooking Time:
Bake at 450 degrees F for 12-15 mins or until the crust is brown.

  2. I recommend that people look for vegan cheese, as some vegetarian cheeses contain dairy protein (casein). Sometimes it can be a little confusing as to what is vegan, especially when you see cheese as labled "soy". daiya cheese is great! Awesome recipe, will try!

    1. Thanks for the input! If I create my own recipes I will keep that in mind but since I dont cook or bake that will be hard to do lol.
